About Museum of the Future
The Museum of the Future on Sheikh Zayed Road is Dubai’s ring-shaped landmark covered in Arabic calligraphy, with immersive exhibitions about life in the decades ahead.
The Museum of the Future opened in February 2022 next to Emirates Towers. Its stainless-steel shell, shaped like a ring with a hollow centre, is covered in Arabic calligraphy that doubles as its windows.
Rather than display objects from the past, the museum takes visitors through a series of staged environments — a space station, a digital rainforest, a wellbeing floor — and a hall of near-future technology. There is also a floor designed for children. Entry is by timed ticket, and popular days are fully booked well in advance.
Highlights
- One of Dubai’s most photographed buildings

Good to know
