About Emirates Palace
Emirates Palace is Abu Dhabi’s palace hotel at the end of the Corniche — domes, gold leaf, a 1.3-kilometre private beach and 85 hectares of gardens.
Opened in 2005 and now managed by Mandarin Oriental, the hotel was built to host heads of state. Its central dome rises over a vast atrium decorated in gold and marble.
Non-guests can visit with a restaurant or café reservation; the gold-flaked cappuccino is the well-known order. Qasr Al Watan and the Etihad Towers are next door.
