About Emirates Golf Club
Emirates Golf Club is home to the Majlis — the first grass championship course in the Middle East and venue of the Dubai Desert Classic.
Opened in 1988, the club has two 18-hole courses, the Majlis and the floodlit Faldo, and a clubhouse shaped like a cluster of Bedouin tents. The 8th hole of the Majlis, with the Dubai Marina skyline behind it, is one of the most photographed in golf.
