About Dubai Islands
Dubai Islands is Nakheel’s new waterfront destination off the coast of Deira — a group of five islands joined to the mainland by bridge, planned around beaches, marinas, resorts and golf. It is one of the few places in Dubai where buyers can still purchase new beachfront and sea-view homes, with the old city, the airport and the Creek close by.

Most of what is for sale is off-plan: low and mid-rise apartment buildings with sea or marina views, plus branded residences, townhouses and beachfront villas. Unit sizes run from studios to large penthouses, usually sold with construction-linked or post-handover payment plans.

The islands already have beach resorts and the Souk Al Marfa waterfront market, and the master plan adds long stretches of public beach, parks, marinas and a golf course. As a new district it is still being built out, so the surroundings will keep changing for some years.
Getting around from Dubai Islands
A bridge connects Dubai Islands to Deira, with the Infinity Bridge and Al Shindagha corridor leading on towards Bur Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai International Airport is roughly 15 to 20 minutes away by car.
