Al Safa lies between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Wasl Road, around Safa Park and the Dubai Water Canal. It is one of the city’s most central residential areas, traditionally made up of low-rise villas. New luxury towers along Sheikh Zayed Road and the canal have added high-rise apartments with views of Downtown and the sea.
